Introducing the SneakerLAH x MAMEE MONSTER x ASICS SKYHAND™ OG ‘Mamee Monster,’ a fun mix of street style, nostalgia, and Malaysian vibes, inspired by that iconic crunchy noodle snack we all love.

ASICS and SneakerLAH have teamed up before to create some really cool kicks that showcase Malaysia’s rich heritage—think local scenery, food, and traditions.

Remember those awesome releases like the GEL-KAYANO™ 5 OG ‘Nasi Lemak’ (2019) and the GEL-LYTE™ III ‘Teh Tarik’ (2022)? Yeah, those really captured what being Malaysian is all about and had sneaker fans buzzing.

The 860v2, once a flagship on-road trainer for New Balance, is now getting a stylish makeover for the fashion scene.

What’s really cool about the Up There x New Balance ML860UP2 sneaker is how it plays with materials. Instead of the typical metallic panels, you’ll find synthetic nubuck and reflective prints, giving it a modern feel. The double-layer mesh is complemented by neoprene and technical fabrics, adding an edgy twist to the overall design. The NBA announced today that opening-night rosters for the 2024-25 season feature 125 international players from a record-setting 43 countries across six continents. This includes a record number of players from Australia (13), Germany (8), and Cameroon (5), as well as a record-tying 14 players from France and 17 from Africa. For the fourth consecutive season, the NBA has at least 120 international players, with 100 or more for the 11th straight season. Every NBA team now includes at least one international player.

We had the exciting opportunity to attend the launch of Cygnett’s Women’s National Basketball 2024-2025 season today! The event took place at the newly reimagined Foot Locker Store in Melbourne Central, the first of its kind in Australia and only the fourth worldwide.

The store’s design is sleek, perfectly catering to both hardcore and casual sneaker fans. Top brands like Nike, Adidas, New Balance, and Puma line the shelves. On the left, you’ll find the Men’s section, while the right is dedicated to Women’s and children’s collections.

At the heart of the store lies the standout feature—a circular gazebo-like area adorned with sneaker displays and memorabilia. Benches invite customers from both sides of the store to relax, chat, and try on their sneakers in style.

Of course, the highlight of the day was the introduction of several top WNBL stars. Fans of all ages, along with the media, enjoyed an engaging meet and greet, making it a memorable experience for everyone.

We can’t wait to see what more exciting events and activities this fantastic partnership between Foot Locker and the WNBL will bring!
