Converse reunites with innovative designer Feng Chen Wang to unveil a striking new iteration of the Chuck 70—this time inspired by the intricate beauty of traditional Chinese ceramics.

Introducing the Chuck 70 2-in-1, a silhouette rooted in the concept of duality. Building on previous designs, this version features a layered canvas upper and double foxing tape, creating the illusion of two sneakers seamlessly fused into one. Meanwhile, a uniquely stacked outsole—split into four sculpted quadrants—enhances the layered effect while delivering greater flexibility and structure in every step.

Drawing deeply from her heritage, Feng Chen Wang honors the ancient pottery style of Jian Ware. By blending age-old craftsmanship with forward-thinking design, she brings the Chuck 70 2-in-1 to life with finishes that mirror the glossy, textural glazes of traditional ceramics.

Debuting in earthy brown and rich blue colorways, the sneaker features a textured upper paired with burnished foxing tape to evoke a handcrafted, over-dyed aesthetic.

This latest collaboration is a true fusion of cultural legacy and modern fashion—pushing the boundaries of sneaker design while celebrating tradition.
