The Saucony Progrid Omni 9 has quietly become one of Saucony’s hottest GR lines right now. And this new White/Gold colorway keeps that momentum going. Let’s dive in.

Originally built for performance, the Omni 9 is now thriving in the lifestyle lane—thanks to its unmistakable Y2K aesthetic. Up top, you’ll find wide mesh uppers for breathability, paired with synthetic panels and a unique grey TPU cage on the lateral side. But the real showstopper? That gold detailing is reflective 3M.

Inside, an internal heel counter boosts lockdown. The Saucony river logo hits both sides. You’ll also spot more 3M accents on the pull tab and flat laces.
Underfoot, a mix of EVA foam, SRC (Super Rebound Compound) in the forefoot, and Progrid tech in the heel delivers a super smooth ride. A TPU shank adds torsional support, while segmented rubber soles grip the pavement with ease.

Build quality? Impressive. While it doesn’t use ultra-premium materials, the surprise use of reflective gold gives this pair a standout vibe. It runs true to size, but wide footers might want to go half up.
The Saucony Progrid Omni 9 will be retailing at $290 AUD, they’re available now at saucony.com.au.
