The first edition was so good it deserved a sequel — and here it is! Introducing Part 2 of the Up There Store x ASICS SportStyle collaboration, an exclusive release that sold out instantly. Nicknamed “Natsukashii,” this latest drop arrives in a fresh Glacier Grey and Pure Silver colorway, offering a crisp contrast to its darker-toned predecessor.

Moreover, this pair feels like a Stormtrooper-meets-Samurai concept — clean, futuristic, and full of character. The upper combines the sleek GEL-Kayano 12 silhouette with premium white patent leather overlays and grey engineered mesh borrowed from the GEL-Kayano 20. Vibrant red accents hit the tongue stay and ASICS heel logo, while reflective 3M detailing adds depth and visibility under light. A subtle yet distinct Up There Store heel tab logo completes the look with understated flair.

Inside, the foam insoles showcase the signature Up There Store green, paired with black printed ASICS and Up There branding. The midsole draws from the GEL-Nimbus 17, utilizing a dual-density FluidRide setup with translucent icier GEL pods this time around for next-level comfort. They also come with an extra pair of light grey dotted flat laces. The TPU Trusstic Guidance System adds torsional stability, while the Up There green Guidance Line enhances natural movement and stride efficiency.

Once again, Up There nails the balance between style and performance. The use of white patent leather panelsKayano 20-inspired mesh, and strategic red detailing makes this sneaker both lightweight and versatile. Even the transparent red and grey trusstic plate beneath adds a hidden layer of design excellence.

Overall, this sequel might just edge out the original. It’s cleaner, more wearable, and effortlessly stylish — easily one of my Top 10 sneaker pickups of 2025. Major props to Up There and ASICS for another monster collaboration!
