ASICS SportStyle and C.P. Company return to build on their evolving partnership, unveiling the second chapter of their footwear collaboration with the GEL-QUANTUM™ 360 I. Following the strong reception of their initial drop in January 2024, this latest release pushes the conversation further, doubling down on the intersection of performance innovation and refined urban design.

C.P. Company has long held its place as one of the most influential names in modern sportswear. Founded in 1971 by Massimo Osti in Bologna, the brand built its reputation on a relentless focus on innovation-merging military, workwear, and athletic references with forward-thinking fabric development. Techniques like garment dyeing became synonymous with its identity, while iconic pieces such as the Goggle Jacket cemented its status as a label that sits at the intersection of function and design. Today, that legacy continues to resonate across global streetwear, where C.P. Company remains a symbol of technical craftsmanship and understated authority.

At its core, the project brings together two distinct but complementary philosophies. ASICS continues to channel its long-standing “Sound Mind, Sound Body” ethos through performance-driven technology, while C.P. Company leans into its legacy of textile experimentation and functional design. The result is a silhouette that feels considered from every angle, balancing technical precision with a grounded, city-ready aesthetic.

Framed by the concept of “Architecture in Motion,” the collaboration explores how the modern urban environment shapes movement. It’s an idea that translates seamlessly into the design itself, where structure and fluidity coexist. The GEL-QUANTUM™ 360 I becomes more than just a sneaker, it’s a reflection of how we navigate space, built to move with the rhythm of the city.

Visually and technically, the pair leans into depth and performance. A double-layer technical jacquard mesh upper enhances breathability while giving the shoe a layered, dimensional look. Underfoot, the model stays true to its roots. First introduced in 2015, the GEL-QUANTUM™ 360 I marked a turning point for ASICS as the brand’s first sneaker to feature full-length 360° GEL™ cushioning, an innovation that still defines the silhouette today.

Performance details are dialled in with TRUSSTIC™ technology for added stability, alongside FF BLAST™ PLUS cushioning for a more responsive, lightweight feel. Co-branding is executed with subtle intent, featuring the C.P. Company Metropolis Series logo at the toe and the ASICS spiral logo at the heel—small touches that reinforce the identity of both brands without overpowering the design.
Arriving in three colourways, the release offers a range of expressions, with a standout blue edition landing exclusively through C.P. Company flagship stores and online. To mark the launch, both brands hosted a unique experience at the UNESCO Headquarters, an architectural landmark that mirrors the project’s core themes of movement and structure. Here, a curated group from their global community took part in a breathwork session led by Bruno Sitton, reinforcing the connection between body, space, and motion.

Set to release on March 20, 2026, the collaboration will be available via ASICS, C.P. Company, and select global retailers, marking another strong chapter in a partnership that continues to bridge technical innovation with street-ready design.
